The purpose of our organization is to provide evidence-based services to children, as well as adults, families and couples.
To ensure the quality of service, we try to focus on the customer’s problems, we work not only with symptoms but also with the causes of symptoms. If there is a testimony or at the request of the client, we conduct psychological research on the client and do it in a friendly way to help the client as best as possible. We study patterns related to the client’s personality and features related to the client’s thinking.
We work with the client both individually and systematically—involving the family. In our work, we proceed from cognitive behavioral therapy, family therapy. In cooperation with the client, we select the appropriate therapy or research design for him.
We also help parents support their children’s development and provide guidance on how they can help their child with learning difficulties, as well as getting a diagnosis of attention disorder or autism, and help find the right form of learning. We also do the differential diagnosis of disorders in adults.
Usually, we are most affected when something happens to our loved ones: usually family members or a child. As a result of the coincidence of several unpleasant events (at the same time), crises can arise, with which we help, and we also work with psychologically traumatized people. For traumatic events, we accept not only death or accidents, but also an unexpected or chronic disease of the child. In this way, you can receive a service for both the child and the whole family, including parents, at our institution.
We also work with people with personality disorder who self-harm or are suicidal – whether it’s an adult or a child. However, for people with an already established suicide plan, we advise you to initially seek inpatient treatment, since our service may not be sufficient for acute mental conditions.
We see that our important function is also to prevent mental disorders. So, our services are not only targeted at people with mental health problems, but also at those who want to prevent these problems. We accept people who have difficulty concentrating, such as suspecting signs of ADHD. Or they feel at risk of burnout and want to understand how to behave better to be mentally healthy.
However, an important part of prevention is also a healthy lifestyle that nutritionists support here. Our specialists can help a person cope with weight problems, as well as fight IBD (aka irritable bowel syndrome), deal with diabetes, etc. A nutritionist can be a good helper for eating disorders by working as a team with our psychologists.
In addition to the quality of service, we want our service to be more accessible. So, our service targets very different target groups, we are friendly to LBTQIA+. In this way, we expect people who identify as transgender, gender neutral, fluid gender, and other people under the auspices of LBTQIA+. We are dealing with themes of bodily and gender dysphoria. We also help parents provide emotional support and contact with their child to our client.
If necessary, we will help with appropriate research or therapy development if the patient decides to go to the gender reassignment board or is still on track to discover both his identity and sexual orientation.
