DEPRESSION OR ANXIETY ATTACKS

1. It is good if you have an overview of when depression or anxiety began and became more intense
2. You can keep a mood diary before the reception, where you will assess your depression 1-10, daily
3. It would be good if you make a list of situations and people that aggravate depression / anxiety or, on the contrary, help to cope with it
4. If you find it difficult to speak, you can come for the first time with an attendant to help you express your thoughts
5. But you’ve gotten help before, it would be good to describe what helped what was that tight spot where you got stuck.
6. Think about your resources that can help you and the difficulties that can hinder you
7. Be prepared for the fact that in order to achieve a better result, you should also do your homework if necessary and get out of your comfort zone during therapy.
8. In case of specific suicide plans, we recommend that you first consult a psychiatrist and/or receive inpatient treatment.
