Compensa Health Insurance
Cerveau offers direct billing for clients with Compensa health insurance. If your insurance covers the selected mental health service, you only need to pay the deductible specified in your policy. Cerveau and Compensa will settle the remaining amount directly. How does it work? 1. Book an appointment by phone or email. 2. When booking, let us know that you have Compensa health insurance. 3. Before the appointment, Cerveau will verify that your insurance coverage is valid and check your available benefit limit and deductible. 4. No advance payment is required. 5. After the appointment, you only pay the deductible specified in your policy. Your insurance may cover appointments with a psychologist, clinical psychologist, psychotherapist or psychiatrist, as well as other mental health services listed in your policy. The exact coverage, benefit limit and deductible depend on the terms of your insurance policy. For couples, family and group therapy, the insurance covers the insured person’s proportional share of the cost. Insurance does not cover fees related to missed appointments. If a client fails to attend an appointment, they must pay the invoice in full.
Health Insurance from Other Providers
Clients insured by other insurance providers will usually receive an advance payment invoice after booking an appointment. Once the advance payment invoice has been paid and the appointment has taken place, we will issue a new invoice confirming that the advance payment has been received. The invoice will include the appointment date, the name and cost of the service, and the specialist’s name. If your insurance provider requires a different payment procedure or document format, please contact us at kindlustus@cerveau.ee We will do our best to arrange invoicing and prepare the necessary documents in a format suitable for both you and your insurance provider.
